Job summary

Lovington Healthcare, a fantastic Long-Term Care Facility, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to build the clinical department in line with Federal, State and company standards. The RN will lead resident care education, supervise staff training, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safety, quality care, and respect for residents’ rights.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practicing.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing education experience.
• 5 years in long-term or acute health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop staff development programs.
• Plan and evaluate in-service training across shifts.
• Coordinate orientation for new nursing staff.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote workplace safety.
• Maintain documentation and annual staff development plan.
• Assist with Quality Improvement programs.
