Job summary

Elan Skilled Nursing seeks an RN Staff Development/Clinical Leader to oversee nursing education and administrative duties in a full-time role. The position requires ensuring high-quality resident care through staff development, supervision, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role includes coordinating staff training, monitoring compliance with regulations, and leading patient-centered care across shifts to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN license required; PA license and BCLS credentials preferred.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience; supervisory/leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential for clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and credentialing to meet care needs.
• Attend physician rounds and integrate clinical guidance into care plans.
• Mentor and train staff; participate in QA/PI activities.
• Oversee adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
