Job summary

CAMPBELLSVILLE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate department education, training, and compliance. The role involves adult learning, regulatory oversight, and ensuring staff competency through structured programs.

The successful candidate will partner with HR and nursing leadership to deliver in-service education, monitor licensure, and administer required vaccines, while supporting a high standard of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active state license.
Minimum of three years nursing experience in a healthcare setting; long term care preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and regulations in long-term care.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; intranet navigation.

Responsibilities

Meet physical and sensory requirements and function in the defined environment.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service, workflow, or work environment.
Collaborate with Administrator, HR, and Director of Nursing to assess educational needs and plan required programs.
Monitor certification/licensing status and renewals.
Administer TB and Hepatitis B vaccines as requested.
