Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced RN with background in nurse education and staff development.
• Ability to design and deliver training for nursing/general staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct orientation sessions for all new nursing/general employees.
• Maintain training programs for the nursing department and collaborate with leadership to identify education needs.
• Plan, schedule, and publish monthly education calendars.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and meetings.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours in a management role.
• On-call rotation as part of responsibilities.
