Job summary

Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift at our Wallingford, CT facility. You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and provide clinical leadership.

Qualifications

Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations during assigned shifts and provide clinical leadership.
Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Ensure delivery of quality resident care in line with regulations and policies.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination.
Conduct rounds and provide clinical guidance to staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.
Maintain documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
Support infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance efforts.
