Job summary

Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Wallingford, CT is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a collaborative resident-centered care team.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on the night shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination.
• Conduct rounds and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in QA initiatives.
• Support infection prevention and safety compliance.
