Job summary

Bridgewater Park Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Florida. You will provide daily nursing care, monitor health and safety, and assist with care plans and documentation. The role requires an active RN license and strong patient–family communication.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN License.
Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of residents.
Develop and implement resident care plans (MDS) and document progress.
Conduct daily and periodic resident visits to monitor condition.
Perform routine nursing procedures with physicians and families.
Provide emotional support and handle complaints or incidents.
Maintain up-to-date resident medical records and documentation.
