Job summary

West Gables Healthcare Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Daily pay option is available with competitive hourly wages of $32–$39, all inclusive. The facility offers tuition reimbursement, benefits, a 401(k) with match, shift differentials, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• A current, active Florida RN license is required.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
