Job summary

Human Coalition is seeking a Nurse Care Coordinator (RN) for a full-time, onsite role in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will perform face-to-face clinic and telecare assessments, educate patients about abortion, parenting, and adoption, and connect clients with needed resources while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Must hold an active RN license with CPR certification, 2–4 years clinical experience (prefer OB/GYN), and familiarity with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN nursing license and be in good standing with the state board; compact license encouraged.
• 2–4 years of prior clinical experience in any specialty (preferred).
• Emphasis on obstetrical and gynecological care preferred.
• Must have current CPR certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client situations over the phone to identify and address chief complaints.
• Provide education on abortion, parenting, and adoption services.
• Connect women with resources to relieve pressure from circumstances.
• Offer counseling, education, and emotional support to clients and families.
• Perform limited medical services onsite; participate in care as part of the medical team.
• Document all interactions and care plans in the CMS.
• Communicate pertinent information to Medical Director per policies.
• Promote client safety and privacy within professional scope.
• Handle medical and non-medical questions with independent judgment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
