Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Medical Records, Clinical Care, or Data Analysis.
• 2 years of experience as an RN in clinical settings, Quality, Performance Improvement role with supervisory/leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare environment and Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in ICU or ED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Support quality and patient safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Conduct systematic chart reviews and data analysis.
• Abstract information from multiple sources and electronic systems to identify trends.
• Identify trends, measure performance, and drive evidence-based improvements.
