Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking an RN Nurse Analyst to drive improvements in patient care processes and outcomes. You will coordinate performance initiatives, support safety programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while promoting a culture of quality.

The role requires extensive clinical nursing experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient safety and operational excellence across Louisiana facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Medical Records, or Data Analysis.
• 2+ years as an RN in clinical settings with quality or performance improvement leadership.
• 2+ years in healthcare environment focusing on Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
• Experience in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity is preferred.

This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing performance improvement initiatives, supporting quality and patient safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Experience Qualifications

• Required: 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Medical Records, Clinical Care, or Data Analysis.
• Required: 2 years of experience as a RN in clinical settings, Quality, Performance Improvement role with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare environment and Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
• Required: 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in ICU or ED.

Education Qualifications

• Required: Associate's/Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree Nursing
