Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night/Nocturnal shift to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) and collaborate with a supportive nursing team to deliver high-quality care using the nursing process.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state of employment, is CPR certified, and has at least one year of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and uphold clinical and technical care per policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory training sessions.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervision personnel as necessary.
