Job summary

Feather River Care Center in California is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NOC shift to lead the nursing team and ensure safe, compassionate care throughout the night. A California RN license and at least 1 year of experience are required, with long-term care experience a plus.

You’ll oversee the team, document assessments, and uphold resident safety. Join a warm, 48-bed facility with a supportive leadership team and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus (but not required!).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Compassion, reliability, and a resident-first mindset.
• Someone who enjoys working independently and confidently at night.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing team during the AM, PM, or NOC shift.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care.
• Ensure resident safety and respond promptly to needs.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration.
• Support CNAs and maintain strong teamwork.
• Help continue our mission of delivering exceptional resident care.
