Job summary

Feather River Care Center, a 48-bed skilled nursing facility in California, seeks an RN to lead the nursing team during overnight shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate clinical care, resident safety, and strong teamwork.

Requirements include an active California RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience; skilled nursing experience is a plus. You will work with CNAs to deliver exceptional resident care in a calm, focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, night shift preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing team during AM/PM/NOC shift.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care.
• Ensure resident safety and respond promptly to needs.
• Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration.
• Support CNAs and maintain strong teamwork.

Who We're Looking For
