The role supports a patient-centered culture under the Nurse Manager/CNO/DON, using independent judgement to plan and organize care.
This full-time night-shift position requires BLS/ACLS/PALS within specified times and willingness to work holidays and weekends.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a clinical position responsible for the delivery of direct patient care, utilizing the established nursing standards of care and evidence-based nursing practice for the patient population it serves. Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, the RN strives to support a patient-centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of and the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. The Registered Nurse functions under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or CNO/DON and exercises independent judgement in applying professional knowledge required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified responsibilities in the delivery of quality patient care.
This position is safety sensitive and subject to all of WMRMC’s policies including the Drug & Alcohol Policy.

Must be available to work holidays and weekends
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Knowledge regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 days of hire
