Tower Behavioral Health in Reading, PA is expanding its nursing team and seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join the unit. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, precise documentation, and collaboration with the care team in a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility.

New RN grads welcomed; part-time night shifts with 24 hours per week and every 3rd weekend rotation. Competitive pay with shift differentials and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years’ nursing experience in the facility's clinical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans.
• Document patient status and ensure accurate medical records and dosing of medications.
• Communicate therapeutically with patients, families, and staff to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Administer medications per orders and document controlled substances accurately.
• Support admission and discharge processes and coordinate unit activities as directed.
