Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. This part-time night-shift role covers 11 PM–7 AM on Fridays and every other weekend, with opportunities for advancement.

Applicants must be a licensed RN in the state and able to pass background, drug screen, and references checks. Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential to coordinate care and supervise staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to implement and revise care plans; monitor health conditions; respond to emergencies.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling; evaluate staff performance; provide education and leadership.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Educate residents, families, and staff about health status and care expectations.
