At East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment—for residents and staff alike. We are currently seeking a dedicated RN Night Supervisor for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift to lead our overnight clinical team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support overnight nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
• Oversee the delivery and quality of resident care during the night shift
• Respond to clinical needs and emergencies confidently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and leadership to support resident well-being
• Provide mentorship and oversight for new staff and ongoing training
