Job summary

Mercy Aurora, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinate with other departments. You will work the night shift (7p-7a) on a full-time, benefit-eligible basis at Mercy Aurora.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
