Job summary

Mercy Aurora seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process, provide patient care, and coordinate care across departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality and ensure care aligns with Mercy Standards and mission.

This is a full-time, night-shift position (7p-7a) with a sign-on bonus available, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Perform duties aligned with Mercy mission and standards.
