Job summary
Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking Graduate Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekend/holiday rotations in Springfield, Missouri. Successful candidates have completed an accredited RN program, hold an RN license, and maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications
- One year RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Licensure: current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain professional accountability.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and ensure alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
