Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital Jackson, in partnership with Encompass Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts to support patient recovery in a rehabilitation setting.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights and may include 13-week short-term contracts. Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, CPR, ACLS (preferred), CRRN (preferred), and at least one year of rehab hospital experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
