Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital Jackson is hiring registered nurses for full-time night shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Join a rehabilitation leader focused on compassionate, individualized patient care and cutting-edge technology to support healing and recovery.

As part of our team, you’ll assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with therapists and physicians to deliver coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the required state.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
