Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in a rehabilitation setting. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants; short-term 13-week contracts are available.

You will provide individualized rehab care, collaborate with teams, and support patients and families on the recovery journey. Requires RN license; CPR; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred; 1 year rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with diverse departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
