Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse for our night shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. Join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on compassionate, personalized patient care and collaborative teamwork.

Assist in patient recovery, coordinate with care teams, and contribute to a supportive environment that emphasizes high-quality outcomes and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
