Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking RNs for senior care communities in the Omaha metro area. Competitive new wages and full-time night shifts (6pm-6am) with a $1.50 overnight differential are offered.

Responsibilities

• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain elders’ wellbeing.
• Know skin care policy and prevent skin issues for elders.
• Monitor condition changes and coordinate care with physicians.
• Review and update resident care plans as conditions change.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications timely per policy.

What are my responsibilities?

• Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing.
• Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
• Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
• Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
• Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.

What do I need to be considered?

• An active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state).
