Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience in long-term care, memory care, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with care team.
• Support residents with dignity, comfort and respect.
• Collaborate with Nurse Techs and team members to ensure quality care.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow infection control, safety and regulatory standards.
• Help create a positive environment for residents and staff.
