Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE is seeking an RN or LPN to join our skilled care team. This full-time night-shift role offers strong starting pay and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a homelike environment.

As part of Hillcrest Health & Living, you’ll provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity and comfort for aging adults.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience in long-term care, memory care, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents.

RN or LPN – Hillcrest Shadow Lake

Location: Hillcrest Shadow Lake
Address: 1507 E Gold Coast Road, Papillion, NE 68046
Schedule: Full-Time Nights, 10p – 6a. or 6p - 6a, every other weekend
Starting Pay: RN starting at $38.00+ per hour | LPN starting at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE.

Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Provide quality nursing care and support for residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
• Support residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
• Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
