Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm setting. You will administer medications, assess health status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and Missouri RN licensure. Relevant experience in long-term care is preferred; new grads may be considered based on community needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in long-term care or geriatrics.
• New graduate RNs may be considered based on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and update records accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services.
• Respond to resident calls and concerns promptly and professionally.
