Job summary

Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, CT, seeks an RN Nursing Supervisor for the night shift. The role oversees nursing staff, ensures quality and safety of resident care, and collaborates with Clinical Nurse Managers to maintain standards across the 260-bed facility.

The position requires an active CT RN license, BSN or related degree preferred, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. A $5000 sign-on bonus is offered in the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing education and mandatory in-service sessions.
