Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the night shift (11 PM–7 AM). The role leads nursing staff, ensures safe, high-quality resident care, and maintains regulatory compliance within a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

Qualified applicants will hold a Rhode Island RN license, have BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. The position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents during the night shift.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions clearly.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams about changes in condition.
