Berkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Babylon, NY is seeking a caring RN Supervisor to oversee total care and safety of residents on assigned unit across all shifts. This role requires leadership and hands-on supervision of nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will have NY RN license, 2+ years supervisory experience in long-term care, familiarity with health regulations, and strong documentation skills. Shifts include Morning, Evening and Overnight with flexibility in work hours.

Formación

• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term health care setting.
• Strong leadership, management, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Federal and State health regulations; BLS certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee total care and safety of residents and employees on the assigned unit during shift.
• Supervise and assist nursing personnel; perform unit nurse duties when needed.
• Document patient histories, administer medications and coordinate appointments.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff across all shifts on the assigned units.
