SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail – Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on guiding staff, ensuring safe patient care, and maintaining orderly operations during night shifts.

The successful candidate will coordinate assessments, treatments, and documentation while promoting compliance and teamwork with medical providers and facility staff.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with required credentials for clinical supervision.
• Ability to lead overnight nursing staff and manage patient care.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight nursing team and ensure continuous patient care.
