Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 12-hour night shifts. The role involves coordinating resident care, performing assessments, and delivering individualized nursing care across all care phases. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as needed.
• Ensure practices comply with the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
