Good Samaritan — Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents during night shifts. The role supports care plans, coordinates with families and an interdisciplinary team, and may assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed.

Full-time, 36 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires MN RN license; evening/night hours from 4:00pm to 4:30am; rotating holidays and every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and possess MN RN licensure.
• BSN preferred; multi-state licensure may apply.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications as per department.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care within the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
