Signet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in Danville, AR. Pay $30-40/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, and coordinating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BSN or ADN, BLS, and is prepared to obtain ACLS/PALS/TNCC within a year. A strong emphasis on safety, infection control, and compassionate patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license (RN).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or associate degree).
• Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment.
• Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
• Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
• Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Stay current on best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education
