You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or associate degree).
• Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS certification (required).
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment.
• Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
• Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
• Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment (e.g., sanitize equipment, prep patient areas)
• Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Stay current on best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education
