Job summary

Baptist Health Citizens in Talladega, AL is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift position (7p-7a) with every-other weekend. The nurse will administer patient care in acute care settings, assess needs, develop plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, advocating for patients, and contributing to ongoing professional development while maintaining Alabama RN licensure and BLS/ACLS as required for

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains Alabama RN license and BLS.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital/acute setting.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops plans of care.
• Functions as an advocate for patients and families.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
