Tenet Healthcare's DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, Michigan, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN night shift. You will lead patient care with clinical judgment, coordinate with physicians, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires graduation from a nursing program, and an active Michigan RN license with BLS. NICU experience is preferred, and duties include discharge planning and collaborative care across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed as RN in Michigan; BLS certification may be required by employer.

Responsibilities

• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making.
