Tenet Healthcare’s DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join the Patient Care Services Team in Commerce Township, Michigan. The RN will manage patient care for a group of patients, applying independent judgment and collaborating with all team members, including support services.

The role includes leadership, partnership, teaching and supervision, with opportunities for professional growth and work-life balance. Shift: 3:00 PM–3:00 AM, full-time, rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians and health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
