Job summary
AdventHealth Denver is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Night shift team on site. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria.
As part of AdventHealth, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications safely, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- RN license is required.
- BLS certification required.
- 1+ year in acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
- Administer medications and therapies safely per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
