Job summary

Woonsocket-Health- is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift leadership on the Nursing unit in Woonsocket, RI. You will direct resident care, mentor LPNs, CNAs, and CNAs, and ensure the highest quality nursing services while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires current RI RN licensure, CPR, and at least one year of clinical experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must hold a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Rhode Island.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• IV certifications are preferred.
• One year of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee resident care on the assigned unit.
• Mentor and lead nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMA staff.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per orders and policies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate interdisciplinary care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
