Job summary
Excel Care Wilmington is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for an overnight Monday–Friday 11-7 shift. The role oversees clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery with a focus on regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.
The RN must hold an active Delaware RN license and bring 1+ years of skilled nursing/long-term care experience, plus leadership capabilities to support a dynamic nursing team.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Delaware.
- 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee clinical documentation and care plans.
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs.
- Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomes.
