Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Willingness to work midnights and lead care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care and health education for residents.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other care team members.
• Provide safe, accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guests' health, notify physician of changes, and implement orders.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Choose nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and care plans.
