Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple factors (physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, lifestyle).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to ensure teamwork and communication.
• Document patient information, care activities, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care to healthcare team members.
• Participate in professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Respond to codes promptly to stabilize patients.
