Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center in Beatrice, NE seeks an RN to provide patient care in Nursery and Med/Surg, collaborating with patients, families and the health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. Requirements include Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), active Nebraska RN license, CPR/BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE within one year (onsite payment).

This is a full-time night shift position, 3-12 hour shifts, 7:00 pm–7:00 am with rotating

Qualifications

• Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE within one year of hire (classes paid onsite)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Nursery and Med/Surg.
• Collaborate with patients, families and the health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Follow nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care.
• Provide supervisory oversight to assigned staff and effectively manage supplies, equipment and other resources.
