Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift in Winter Park, FL. The role requires Florida RN licensure, an associate degree in nursing, and preferred ACLS/BLS certifications with 1+ year acute care experience.

You'll administer medications, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
