Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover in Dover, DE is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care on the nursing unit, coordinate plans, discharge teaching, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Holds a current RN license in the state (or compact) with BLS and ACLS; ACLS required for Charge Nurses. Inpatient medical‑surgical experience preferred but not required. Full-time position with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise patient care using the nursing process on the medical-surgical unit.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning; provide patient/family teaching.
• Perform duties as assigned by Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing or Charge Nurse.
