Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Georgetown in Delaware is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide and supervise care on the medical-surgical unit. Under the direction of nursing leadership, you will apply the nursing process to plan, deliver and coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days; Charge Nurse duties possible. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Holds current RN license in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resources.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
