Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing oversight to support resident wellness, safety, and quality of life in an assisted living community.
• Monitor residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being; note changes and communicate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support care coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in resident assessments, service planning, and ongoing wellness reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with residents; collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
